Confrérie du Sabre d’Orは、サブラージュの技術とシャンパーニュの楽しみを広めることを取り組んでいます。
騎士団の指針は、サブラージュを行うことができる場所【カヴォー・ド・サブラージュ】を増やし、シャンパーニュ愛好家の皆様ががサブルールになるお手伝いをすることです。
カヴォーとは、小さなレストランやワインバーから、大規模なホテルまで規模は問いません。 大切なのはシャンパーニュと楽しむこと。 特別な日だけではなく、もっと身近に楽しめるのがシャンパーニュの本来の魅力です。
毎年数回、一流の会場で開催されるイベントでは、素晴らしいシャンパーニュと食事を楽しむだけでなく、サブラージュの機会もご用意しております。
我々は特定の生産者団体やメーカーに属さない純粋な非営利団体であり、100％愛好家によって運営されております。
The CONFRERIE du SABRE D’OR
Welcome to the home of Sabrage. The Confrérie du Sabre d’Or is devoted to promoting the art of Sabrage and the enjoyment of Champagne.
The Heart of the Order is the growing number of Caveaux de Sabrage where Sabrage may be performed, and new Champagne lovers can become sabreur.
The Caveaux range from small restaurants and Wine Bars to the grandest of hotels. They all have two things in common – Champagne and fun. This is a wine and far too good to be left only to special occasions.
A programme of events throughout the year held at prestigious venues gives all our members and their guests excellent value for money and plenty of opportunity for Sabrage as well as enjoying excellent Champagne and food.
It is a purely non-profit organization that does not belong to any specific producer group or manufacturer and is 100% run by enthusiasts.

シャンパン愛好家の皆さま、ようこそ…
1993年9月10日、私は幸運にもレストラン “La Grange aux Loups “で、我々のグラン・メートル、ジャン＝クロード・ジャルーと出会う機会に恵まれました。数杯のシャンパンと素晴らしいワインを味わった後、私たちは意気投合し、ジャン＝クロードは私をサーブルドール騎士団のサブラーとして迎え入れました。1993年末、シャトー・デ・ロシェで行われたグランド・チャプターでは、グラン・メートルのジャン・クロード・ジャルーから日本支部の責任者として、コンフレリー・デュ・サーブル・ドール日本大使に任命されました。
私が東京に戻るとすぐに、六本木のブラッスリー「ベルナール」で第1回目のカヴォーが開催され、1998年には当時フィリップ・バットンが経営していた代官山のレストラン「ル・プティ・ブドン」で第2回目のカヴォーが開催されました。剣でのシャンパンの開栓は次々と続き、十分な数のサブレールを迎えるための支部設立が行われました。
そこから10年後の2003年、私は友人のピエール・ボードリに大使という役目を引き継ぎました。彼は陽気で遊び心に溢れ、定期的な支部の設立が行われ、我々サーブルドール騎士団は日本で認識される組織となりました。
20年後の2023年3月14日に開催された日本支部ガラディナーで、私はグラン・メートル、ジャン・クロード・ジャルーの任命のもと、再び日本支部の指揮を執ることになりました。
コンフレリー・デュ・サーブル・ドール日本大使として、我々チーム一同は、日本全国に多数のカヴォーを設立できるよう努めてまいります。
すべてのシャンパン愛好家の皆さまへ…私たちの美しいコンフレリーで、一緒に忘れられない瞬間を共有できるよう、皆さまのご参加を心よりお待ちしております。

Welcome to all Champagne lovers…
I was lucky enough to meet our Grand Maitre Jean Claude Jalloux on 10 September 1993 in his restaurant “La Grange aux Loups”. After a few glasses of Champagne and some divine bottles, we hit it off and Jean Claude inducted me as a Sabreur into the Confrérie du Sabre d’Or. During the Grand Chapter at Château des Rochers at the end of 1993, our Grand Maitre Jean Claude Jalloux gave me the responsibility of taking charge of the Japan Chapter by appointing me Ambassador of the Confrérie du Sabre d’Or Japon. As soon as I returned to Tokyo, the first Caveau was set up at the Brasserie Bernard in Roppongi, followed by a second Caveau in 1998 at the Petit Bedon restaurant in Daikayama, run at the time by Philippe Batton. The sabrages followed one another at an impressive rate in order to induct a sufficient number of sabreurs to set up Chapters. 10 Years later, in 2003, I handed over to a friend, Pierre Baudry, who, thanks to his joviality and sense of fun, set up regular Chapters and enabled our Confrerie to become a recognised association in Japan. 20 years later, I took over the reins of our Japan Chapter, under the appointment of our Grand Maitre Jean Claude Jalloux at the Chapter Gala Dinner on 14 March 2023.
In my role as Ambassador of the Confrérie du Sabre d’Or Japan, and with the team of administrators who support me, I hope to set up a large number of Caveaux throughout Japan.
To all you Champagne lovers… I look forward to seeing you there, in large numbers, for the initiation and execution of this first gesture of Sabrage, which will enable you to join us and share unforgettable moments with our beautiful Confrérie.
